By registering for, accessing, or using Quote3D (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other notices presented through the Service. We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, or billing processes change. The latest published version is the current version unless a different effective date is expressly stated.
Quote3D is a digital quoting, analysis, dashboard, API, and subscription service designed for 3D printing workflows. Depending on your plan, account status, and access level, the Service may include:

You must securely store your API tokens and must not share them with unauthorized third parties. API usage is subject to rate limits, monthly quote quotas, storage quotas, fair-use safeguards, and plan-based limitations. Excessive, abusive, fraudulent, system-disruptive, or unlawful use may lead to rate limiting, temporary restriction, suspension, or termination. The Service may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable sanctions, export, consumer, competition, and data protection laws.
3D model files, technical drawings, specifications, and related content you upload are processed for quoting, analysis, support, troubleshooting, and associated Service features. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the lawful right to upload, process, and use that content and that it does not violate third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable law. We may use trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, but we do not claim ownership of your uploaded files. Personal data processing is further described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service and all related software, interfaces, databases, designs, text, graphics, branding, and documentation are owned by VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and applicable law, but they do not transfer ownership of the Service or any underlying intellectual property rights.
Paid plans may be offered on a monthly subscription basis. Checkout, recurring billing, invoice access, and certain billing-related communications for eligible plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on the transaction, Lemon Squeezy may act as merchant of record and may handle checkout, tax or VAT calculation, invoicing, payment collection, renewal processing, and certain compliance obligations. Before a purchase is completed, the plan scope, recurring billing cycle, trial or renewal details if any, and the total payable amount shown at checkout will apply to that purchase.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, continuously available, or error-free. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, updates, payment network issues, third-party outages, security incidents, infrastructure problems, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We aim to operate the Service with commercially reasonable care, but 100% uptime and uninterrupted access to every feature, billing page, or provider flow cannot be guaranteed.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Quotes, technical analyses, timing estimates, cost calculations, and related outputs are based on your inputs, technical assumptions, configured profiles, and available system data. Actual manufacturing costs, times, tolerances, material consumption, and operational outcomes may differ in real production conditions.
To the extent permitted by law and without limiting mandatory consumer rights, VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded shall be interpreted in a manner proportionate to the relevant transaction, damage, and mandatory legal framework.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VARANTECH ENERJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your uploaded content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of confidentiality obligations, or your infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where there is fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, excessive misuse, legal necessity, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. However, subscription charges already incurred, invoice obligations, dispute records, and legal responsibilities that arose before termination remain subject to the applicable contract and law.

Where legally required, analytics, marketing, and other non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used based on your consent preferences, while necessary technologies may remain active for security, authentication, billing continuity, and core service operation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye to the extent permitted by conflict-of-laws rules and without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply to consumers. Mandatory rights granted under Turkish consumer legislation remain reserved. In consumer disputes, the customer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules and monetary thresholds in force at the relevant time.
